AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

After leaving your appointment blot your brows for the next 30 minutes.
Within 2 hours of leaving your appointment wash your brows with the cleanser, pat dry, apply balm.
repeat wash & balm 4x a day for 4 days.
For 10 days
no makeup on eyebrows
no submerging brows under water
no sweating (intense workouts)
no picking at any flaking
wear a hat visor or sunglasses in sunlight to keep them covered
Immediately after your appointment, you may experience minor redness/swelling. This typically subsides within 24 hours. In the first hours leaving your appointment, the pigment in the skin will oxidize. This makes the brows look darker and warmer than they were initially. This is normal and to be expected.
Days 3-4, you may notice your brows will flake or lightly scab. Please refrain from picking at the brows during this time. This is normal and a crucial part of the healing process. If you are picking any flakes during this time, it will result in loss of pigment in that area. The brows may appear patchy until they are fully healed. Again, this is all normal and just a part of the healing process. Please be patient during this time!
Days 5-10, You may notice all of the flakes have flaked off, and the eyebrows are now very light underneath. Pigment will darken and return back into your eyebrows as they continue to heal over the next 4-6 weeks.
At 4-6 weeks your eyebrows are fully healed. At this time we can assess your eyebrows and adjust whats needed at your touchup. - We can go darker, thicker, adjust the shape, and refill any strokes or spots within the eyebrow that pigment didn’t stay. Please keep in mind touchups are necessary and always a 2 part process.
After your touchup you will have beautiful brows for the next 1-3 years before needing a refresh!
